Real Estate Photography
$150 Per Listing
We all know how important good quality photography is for Real Estate. It’s the first thing prospective customers see and it needs to catch their eye. I’m capable of stepping up your game in this area with high-quality photos shot and edited entirely by me in under a 24 hour time period from the shoot so you can get listing photos up as quickly as possible. I’ll provide all hi-res photos as well as smaller website-optimized files.
All rooms will be pictures with primary spaces receiving as many photos as are required to sell the space with NO photo limits.

Drone Photography

Drone photography is becoming more and more common as the technology becomes more ubiquitous. Shooting from the air allows for a greater view of the space and increases that digital curb appeal by allowing for more of the house to be seen more quickly.
In between my certification as a part 107 commercial drone photographer, and my knowledge of photography, I can be sure to provide you high quality images which help you reach your customers even more effectively.

So if drone photography is becoming more essential than video work must be even better right? Well you are correct! Video is being more heavily prioritized on social media by Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok is built on it. Aside from the social media benefits, video will help prospective customers get a full view of the property and will increase their understating of the listing before reaching out.

Full Photo and Video Package

Well does all of this sound too good to pass up!? Well I have just the package for you! Get a full interior and exterior standard photo package along with full drone photo and video package for just $325/ per listing!
Social Media Graphic Creation
$50 Per Listing
Are you wondering how best to utilize this new found listing content? Are you trying to better utilize not just Facebook, but Instagram and TikTok as well!? Well I’m also a social media manager by trade, and I’d happily create some a la carte social content for you per listing!
My starting package is $50 for 2 graphics with 2 revisions built in, and every additional size would cost a slight $25/size and $10/per revision on all graphics made.
